My biggest take away from this woman: "People can't give you what they don't have". That statement held so much deliverance for me. Much love.

Iyanla looks so refreshed and relaxed. It's okay to walk away from anything, and anyone adding unnecessary stress.

Watching her show helped repair my relationship with my dad...getting to know his story. I found out things about him that I never knew. His upbringing, why he did the things he did. It helped me to let go of the hurt and anger I had towards him.

The ability to sit in your silence, that statement I heard three times this week! Confirmation for me. Thank you for your 9 years.

Iyanla taught me how I feel about a person has nothing to do with their experience of me. That is their experience! #powerful

She is so wise. That first line about "sitting with it" until it's solid. That's something I have to do in my business. Too many times, I look to others for affirmation when I need to get it from the Lord and me.

Even though I will miss the show, I totally understand why and I will definitely subscribe to her podcast. She has definitely made me understand how you have to do the work on yourself before you can be any good to anyone else.
