I don’t know why you think Taemin’s solo career has been well managed but it’s extremely far from the truth. Lack of promotions, sabotages and many other things that have accumulated over the years... Everything you think of as favouritism or good management has generally been obtained because he literally fought for it and so have we. It's time you start to see the truth and not your biased view. Do your research properly.

If you know Taemin, leaving is not an out of pocket decision at all lol. He's been manifesting his discontent with SM's management for years now and lately he's been even more vocal about it. Saying his solo promotions were handled "every well" is crazy cause there are videos of Taemin himself saying otherwise, they were holding him back specially internationally, Taemin barely got solo concerts and a worldwide tour is one of his biggest dreams. "Guilty" promos were a mess considering they didn't even let him perform it at the end of the year awards shows so yeah... I'm glad he left, he was clearly unhappy, wishing him the best!

where are you getting that Taemin's solo promotions have been handeled very well under SM??? They've been screwing up his solo promotions for YEARS now, to the point where the fans had to do it themselves during his Criminal comeback and he even comented on it in a live stream, thanking the fans for doing the job his company was SUPPOSED to do but wasn't. this wasn't even that big of a shock. Taemin has been complaining about SM for a long time, including telling us on live stream that SM doesn't treat the staff well and that they should be paid more.

We know that if a company really treated their artists properly then we would see these artists stay with their companies and not try and break free as soon as their contracts are up. The current leaders of SM are unfocused and expect their longevity to keep their artists there, but as we know from several incidents lately, I'm not shocked to see Taemin escape.
