I hate when my car throws dings and dongs at me. Especially the dongs.

As a mechanic in South Florida, I have worked on many flood cars when it comes to getting those bolts to the seats. Usually the seat modules short out after being flooded hopefully (cross your fingers )motor's still work and what you do is take your Power Probe and get to the seat motor power wires ( usually the thicker ones) and give them a power and ground with the Power Probe and see if the motor works and which way it goes if it's going in the wrong direction swap the power and ground and repeat until you can move the seat and get access to the bolts. FYI, the yellow connectors are usually always the airbag connectors so don't go probing those. Hope this helps

you dont need to keep the cameras in the same places, it will auto adjust as long they r on that side of the car, if u get rid of them the car will throw loads of errors

This is fascinating to watch. I'm looking forward to seeing this turn into a skateboard.

Save all the cameras and harnesses. I believe you can re calibrate the cameras in their new locations as long as you put them somewhere fairly close to Teslaā€™s location. I have a Mdl 3 LRAWD.

First, I wish you could update more often but I understand you cannot. These videos take a lot of time and money and I appreciate every video you post. Long time subscriber, and I live vicariously through your endeavors! I I'm so jealous of all the stress/fun that you experience. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, you're an inspiration to all of us people that think outside the box and wish they had the means to make the stuff you do happen! Best of health Chris, many prayers and wishes

I work at Tesla in low voltage engineering. If you get stuck on something let me know and I can try and help out. But it should be pretty easy.

Thereā€™s a service menu that you can get into. It will give you more error messages than the ones youā€™re looking at in the notifications menu.

I love the sound that it makes when you are backing it back into place.

This has been my experience with flooded EVs as well, they seemingly and surprisingly handle it a lot better than gasoline cars, it's almost always everything else than the drivetrain that fails, for gas cars it's almost always both.
