Imagine trying to go thru this cumbersome recovery procedure while it's raining, or you're stuck on the highway!! At least GM thought to provide easily accessible and prominent tow hooks on the front , because you're going to need them!!

Nice work! Glad you were able to get it into reverse and get it out of the driveway. Like you I prefer towing vehicles from the front. So you’re only required 4 photos? I ask our guys to take 4 photos before loading the vehicle, 4 photos when loaded, and 4 after dropping. If there’s a lot of damage we ask them to take a few more photos. Some of the EV vehicles can be a PIA when ya can’t get them to move. I had a customer leave a Ford Mach-E for me to pick up that was in a fender bender. He told me he left the keys in it and when I got there he never left the key. I had to skate it up. I have the video on my hard drive, I might have to upload that video. Be safe out there brother!
