I’m a physician & in my 30 year career of practicing medicine it has been obvious to me that most diseases are not life ending sentences. Your body is designed to be regenerative, restorative, self-healing & self annealing. The problem I’ve experienced in my career is convincing people to use the techniques & tools available to reverse disease. Most are unwilling to to change even when they have a step by step “playbook”. I have seen people cure type 2 diabetes, coronary artery disease, malignant brain tumors, other solid tumors with diet, exercise, breathing techniques, directed meditation. Sadly, this is only a handful of the patients I have treated. Most seem to even delight in the “fact” of their medical disabilities or either are too lazy to put in the effort to change. Greater than 90% of diseases causing death in humans are diseases of inflammation which very few doctors know how to address. I applaud Dr. Gundry’s efforts to disseminate this information & succeed in changing many people’s lives even at a time in which this information is still not taught in medical schools.

I am currently trying OMAD (One Meal A Day) and was very interested to hear that Dr Grundy has been doing that for a long time. I had cut my feeding window to six hours about a week before trying the OMAD but I was still amazed to find that I was barely hungry at all in between the meal now spaced 23 hours apart. A couple of times my stomach reminded me it was used to getting fed at that time but the feeling went away within a couple of minutes and then no hunger again till it was time to actually eat.

1. Think positive- he fact we have to study placebos shows the power and effect of the mind on our health.
2. meditation- improves bio markers for health and longevity
3. Eat healthy- more wholefood and plant based as well as more raw food and mineral water- to get in the minerals and live enzymes for optimal health
4. Sleep well- sleeping in a cool dark room at the same time daily improves sleep and health
5. Stay connected- being part of a community- staying in contact with people even if by facetime/skype is great for your physical and mental health
HOPE THAT HELPS YOUR GUYS. My condolences to those who have lost loved ones in this time. Stay strong, we are all in this together.
