Congratulations to the Detroit Lions for making a lot of this list possible!

Ok seriously, the way you said Megatron, you legit sounded like Optimus himself there, well done.

Another player that deserves to be an honorable mention is Packers legend Sterling Sharpe. Had it not been for a freak neck injury, he would have put up some gaudy career numbers. In only 7 seasons, he led the league in receptions 3 times, touchdowns twice, and yards once, not to mention breaking what was the season receptions record in 1992 with 108, and topping that record the following season with 112

R.I.P to Pat Tillman. Gone too soon. Thanks to him for his service.

Terrell Davis should have been on the list. What he did before the injury was amazing.

What about Kam Chancellor? I feel like he needs a video, he's so easily forgotten but he was definitely the heart of the Legion of Boom secondary

I respect the hell out of a genius like keuchly for stepping away when he did and stopping more concussions from affecting his brain function but IMAGINE how the panthers 2021 defense would be EVEN BETTER with him there right now.

Ryan Shazier deserves to be on this list. Paralyzed as he was reaching his prime. Scary what the Steelers would look like with him, Watt and Hayward on the field.

The Andrew Luck retirement really bummed me out. That guy was meant to be a Superbowl winning Hall of famer. He just got hit way too often.

I’m glad Megatron made it to the HOF this year, he really deserves it

Sterling Sharpe and Nick Collins from the Packers. They had pretty amazing careers that were both cut short by injuries.

Pat Tillman, the definition of a true selfless hero. Giving up tons of money, to fight for all of us. Rest in peace brother 🤟

Luke Kuechly retiring was crushing. He's my favorite Panther all-time. So young and watching his retirement announcement was hard to watch because it was clear he still wanted to play but knew doing so would be too dangerous.

Thanks for the Patrick Willis love! Really miss that man on the field. He was such a monster.

As a Lions fan, I weep. As a sports junkie, I cried over Bo.

I feel like whenever Pat Tillman is mentioned its important to mention that he spoke out against the war adamantly, and it was after he started doing this that the "accident" occurred
