Not a whole lot of years tbh.
I spent more than 1000 years, Although I did actively intervened a lot to make sure specific kingdoms didn't crumble although I did intentionally have some fall to Corruption and the only things that remain of them are their culture and artifacts.
And there was this really old Human kingdom at the beginning of the world that fell to Dwarves and another Human kingdom and their descendants were at first a small kingdom of Human giants ruled by a paranoid God-king until he was eventually ousted by his daughter and forced to flee to an island that was also a descendant of the same kingdom and had a bridge connecting to the mainland and had a colony on it while still being psrt of their capital.
The kingdom that toppled the Human kingdom at the beginning lasted quite a long while until it fell to Corruption, But it forged a lot of weapons and armour used by various random kingdoms to this day as well as the undead.
The descendants of this kingdom have regressed to a more primitive state and live in the swamps.
The Dwarf kingdom is oldest kingdom still standing for hundreds of years, And a healthy chunk of their population are Giants descended from the first dwarf.
They've suffered quite a bit from Corruption and meteors but they've managed to survive by killing Cold Ones and stealing their ice magic to stave off Corruption.
They then had two splinter kingdoms, One came about when a single Dwarf soldier swam all the way to an island off the shore and killed all the undead on it and declared independence.
The other one came about when the weak, defective, and greedy dwarves were exiled into the deserts where the ruins of their former capital still stood.

The "cat" that killed Billy was 42 YEARS old. Whatever that thing was, it was not a cat.
