My sister introduced me to Fun.....so many years ago. Before this album. But I was going through treatment for breast cancer when this was released. I had no desire to go out and be with anyone and my sister dragged me to their concert. I locked eyes with young woman there with her daughter. And we knew, we recognized each others as survivors. We held hands and sang as loud as we could through this song. It gave me hope. I lost my sister in October, I'm trying to find that hope again. This song and that amazing memory I have, of that amazing concert..it helps.

Nate Ruess ist so ein genialer Musiker. Ich habe ihn wieder entdeckt, weil ich mich an "we are Young" erinnert habe und dieses Lied so unbedingt wieder hören wollte. Ich habe es über YouTube gefunden. So habe ich nun raus gefunden wie der Sänger heißt und höre mich nun seit einigen Tagen durch seine musicstory. Jedes Lied begeistert mich.
