This is my final project for choreography class. The assignment was to choreograph and 4 minute piece and the only inspiration I had was to tell my own personal story “fighting with myself” through a loss of hope, then struggling with depression and anxiety and eventually overcoming it myself. That being represented by the dancers in black and white. Aleh in white represented losing hope Shania in black as anxiety and Jazmin also in black representing depression and angel in the white and red portraying me.
