Lydia, your energy and enthusiasm for life is brilliant. Im 41, perimenopausal, 2 kids under 10 and my ambition and joy de vive left around the first lockdowm. I hope it comes back! So for now whilst im in early mild perimenopause i will enjoy these vlogs and maybe ill stumble on something that i am just as passionate about.
