Man, I love an hour and a half of Nick Kroll pretending to be an old man and John Mulaney just being himself

Ever see a basketball player who gets in a rhythm and scores 50 points in a single game? John Mulaney was the comic equivalent of that here.

Kroll mentions how he thinks that Mulaney is more-or-less a genius during interviews, and you can really see it in this performance. Over and over again, Mulaney comes up with the wittiest responses and Kroll is just chuckling trying not to break character. I think Kroll is the better actor, and they're both obviously sharp, but I get the sense that Mulaney is a very very smart guy.

I left a John Oliver video on when I collapsed on my couch due to a heavy hangover, with autoplay switched on. I find myself an hour or so later between sleep and consciousness and the line "Do you think dinosaurs were put together correctly, the bones?" just jolts me into fits of lively giggles. I've been watching this ever since.

Underrated moment: around 10:41, when George is talking about Gil’s Amazon wish list and imitates his voice, “no I don’t” GOLDEN
