this is Self-Help's debut "full-length" album and also kind of a demo project since a couple of these songs appear in a more finished forms on other albums. despite only being 19 minutes it's listed as full length everywhere where I can find information about it. Parsy and Sick on a Saturday appear on Adult Cartoons and Bowsers Remorse appears on When You Wear My Clothes.
