To those pointing it out, yes, the "Kill" and "Roy" along with the two drawings next to the words were meant to reference "Kilroy was here" which I should have went into detail about

I hate how crazy someone needs to get before they're arrested. And even then, they end up getting out easily.

These stories are always so addictive to binge watch as dark as some may be.

Finally, Ivan acting like a real human being and not some Hollywood hero. People like shaun/john can be unpredictable, ivan reacted well to him.

I am actually from Rochester New York and can confirm that unfortunately, situations like these as well as brutal murders occur every single day without fail. It’s sad to know how many unhinged people walk amongst us in society and how much they can get away with before finally being stopped or given proper help. Thanks for the stories as always Mr. NightmaređŸ€™đŸ»đŸ™đŸ»

Haven’t seen a single-story video since the one about the Vegas Story. I love compilations, but it’s always nice to break up the monotony. Great work as always, Mr. Nightmare!

It's insane how far someone has to escalate their behavior before someone in authority will do something about it. I mean at least have them check into a hospital to be evaluated!

For the record, the ‘kill’ and ‘Roy’ ought to have been together and as a name. The phrase “Kilroy was here” is often accompanied with a drawing of a hairless head peeking over some barrier with fingers and a nose reaching down the other side. It’s been around for ages. Seriously couldn’t tell you what was meant by trying to draw it twice, but it wasn’t to say Sean/John had it out for a guy named Roy

I used to live in one of these shared apartments. I had my own room, and so did 4 other people, we all shared a bathroom & kitchen. I was very poor at the time, it was basically a halfway house because the rent was so cheap. I saw a lot of shady men come & go. But the craziest time was there was a guy who lived directly below my room. He was a recovering heroin addict. He was always pissed off at everyone. Well one night I was doing my laundry & he came out of his room. Usually he would yell at me because the wash machine was too loud, but he was actually kind & nice to talk to for once. For the next week every night I would wake up and in the corner of my room I would see a dark figure standing there. Never had I seen this before, but I was terrified. I literally would close my eyes and call out Jesus name. And then it would be gone. This went on until one day the police showed up. It turned out the guy below had died a week earlier. He had scored heroin & died from an overdose. The cops where there to not only check on him, but to talk to me, because I was the last one to ever speak to him that night I did my laundry. (We had cameras in the place) I never saw the dark figure in my room after they took his body away

Mark was the protagonist here ... This dude even fought the crazy guy to protect the crazy guy's girlfriend !!! This story from his perspective would be on a whole another level !!! Lol

At some point, one must ask if it's worth it to try and reform someone that psychotic, and just lock him up in a psyche ward permanently.

I would feel unsafe as well if there were some psycho in my neighborhood or so.😳Glad he was finally put behind bars, he was too dangerous to be let loose. Always stay alert and watch for red flags.

There is only one way to deal with guys like Sean. And it doesn't involve calling the cops and wasting time with pieces of paper telling him he has a restraining order.

The amount of times I’ve fallen asleep listening to Mr. Nightmare and woken up to spooky voices or screaming is astronomical I fucking love it.

I've lived in Rochester for 30 years, right around the corner from this house for the entire time. Back in about 2017 or 2018 I helped a friend and his girlfriend move in to the top floor of the exact building in this video. They must have moved out just before any of this happened.
