The quality of our sleep effects everything that we do and therefore our quality of life is dependent on how well we sleep.
Everyone knows the feeling (even if it is a distant memory)...waking up from a deep sleep, you're feeling great, ready to take on the world. You jump out of bed and everything you do that day turns out right. The only problem with this scenario is that it seems to happen very rarely.
