Just smoke some CBD bud. I did a test on myself a while back and discovered that if I smoke CBD it lowers my tolerance faster than if I abstain from smoking entirely. So now I'll just smoke CBD bud during the daytime and then when it's around 6 or 7 pm I break out the THC and melt into my computer chair.
