Ewww! Please don't talk about popping pimples while I'm enjoying a nice cup of hot tea! ๐คฎ ๐ And yes, same here! I was shocked only fairly recently when some old wounds resurfaced I was sure I had meanwhile healed! ๐ณ But I think we shouldn't be too hard on ourselves and realise that a lot of that resistance to heal comes from Ego who's trying to protect us, and acknowledging this is definitely a great first step! ๐๐ But then the next question is: How do I avoid repeating the same old patterns around the same old issues and actually do heal them properly?? That's where the real struggle has been for me! ๐ And "Welcome to the Chaos!" reminds me of the state my Mind has been in during this Lion's Gate period, aaarghhh! ๐ But we got this! ... don't we?! ๐
