True story of how this mashup came to be: *Jack and Nataly sitting in the car, listening to "Virtual Insanity"* Jack: Hey what does this song SOUND like... Nat: *silence* Jack: THE BEE GEES! Listen to the verse!!! Nat: ...ok? Jack: YEAH! SING THE BEE GEES ON TOP OF IT! Nat: ...yeah, ok. But we usually AVOID doing mashups where two songs SOUND similar. Jack: But it works so well! And it's unexpected! Nat: I guess it's cool because both of them are lyrically similar. Jack: *silence* Nat: You know, they're both about modern society's downward spiral. How everything's accelerating at this unhealthy and unstoppable pace. Jack: ...ok?

I love her voice. It is so simple, so controlled and pitch perfect. Her "no vibrato" bell tone purity is a delight to my ears.

[Verse 1] Well you can tell by the way I use my walk I'm a woman's man, no time to talk Music loud and women warm Been kicked around since I was born And nothing's gonna change the way we live 'Cause we can always take but never give And now that things are changing for the worse, see, oh [Chorus] Life's going nowhere Somebody help me Somebody help me, yeah Future's made of virtual insanity Now always seem to, be governed by this love we have For useless, twisting, of a new technology Oh, now there is no sound For we all live underground [Verse 2] Well now, I get low and I get high And if I can't get either, I really try Got the wings of heaven on my shoes I'm a dancing man, and I just can't lose And nothing's gonna change the way we live 'Cause we can always take but never give And now that things are changing for the worse, see, oh [Chorus] Life's going nowhere Somebody help me Somebody help me, yeah Future's made of virtual insanity Now always seem to, be governed by this love we have For useless, twisting, of a new technology Oh, now there is no sound For we all live underground [Chorus] Life's going nowhere Somebody help me Somebody help me, yeah, oh Life's going nowhere Somebody help me Somebody help me, yeah Future's made of virtual insanity Now always seem to, be governed by this love we have For useless, twisting, of a new technology Oh, now there is no sound For we all live underground [Last Chorus] Future's made of virtual insanity Now always seem to, be governed by this love we have For useless, twisting, of a new technology Oh, now there is no sound For we all live underground Live underground Live underground

I saw a Jamiroquai bumper sticker on a car the other day and this mashup came flooding back. I think switching out the Staying Alive chorus for the Virtual Insanity chorus is one of the most genius and timeless creative moves you guys have made.

I've recently discovered Pomplamoose. You cover all my bases. I love France, just across the Channel from us, so the French songs are magnifique. I love the mash ups, they're my go-to when I need uplifting. And the sheer joy on Jack's face is infectious.

I wish I had something in my life that made me as happy as the piano player in this video. Great adaptation!

Please tell me that I'm not the only one who thinks that the drummer playing behind the glass looks like he's a little man inside a magical portrait. Like a living painting. Dunno. Also, great mashup. Can't go wrong with Jamiroquai. Keep it up.

Yes the musicians are great but I’d like to thank the camera person. The subtle zooming and capturing each individual is beautiful
