In this video, I talk about some of the benefits of using a TENS Unit on the feet. I also show various TENS pad placements on the feet to help relieve pain and increase circulation.

Thanks Dr. Jo! At 65 years and just after a total hip replacement, I am starting to get some neuropathy/ mild numbness. But with TENS unit and exercises and walking, Iām getting relief and keeping it from getting worse!

I have a Numedics Tens 24--it works fine for my back and shoulder but does nothing at all for my feet even if the pads are only a few mm apart. Will this TENS unit actually work, and if not will they accept a return?

Hi, I hope you don't mind me asking but I watched your video on bicep tendonitis which I will try the stretches.
My question is I have a similar problem with my triceps with pain in the tendons with pain on my funny bone where I think/assume the tendons are attached. Are the similar exercises/stretches I can do to help this problem.
