We had an interesting day yesterday with the energies!
You may have experienced a tiredness yesterday afternoon and then either physical sensations run through the body OR you may have experienced a magical event.
I experienced a magical encounter with a Dragon in a Reiki session and then the Dragon connected with me again later on in meditation asking me to bring forth this toning session to aid us as our energies adjust and continue to rise in frequency.
