I will never forget Lehkonen's goal - I was on the deck of my closest friend's house watching the game outdoors - he was going through cancer treatment and passed away about 10 months later - but that moment ... St Jean, beautiful night, he seemed to be winning the battle, Habs going to the finals....the kind of moment I will relive on my deathbed and smile....

A fan from Germany. Fan of Montreal since i played my first PC Game NHL 94, starting with the matchup of MTL-LAK. Bellows-Muller-Damphousse-Brisebois-Ramage and Roy. Never stopped cheering for this team. Loved the Koivu era. Theodore. The Halak or Price question. Thought I'd go crazy when they defeated the Pens and the Caps. Markov, Plekanec. Now Suzuki and Caufield. So sad for Price. So sad for the city. But see what the Leafs Fanbase has to go through. Montreal breathed Stanley Cup Finals air.
Love Montreal for being the underdog most of the time while still achieving miracle runs. Again, the future looks bright. Guess I'll buy my first Habs Jersey from far away for my 36th Birthday. Suzuki, I guess...

I was in mtl for 5 months escorting my late mother who sadly passed away from cancer, I couldnât see them play live but I watched every game in our room & cheered from the top of my lungs & with my mother witnessing my every âletâs gooo!â every time they scored. This video will always bring back the memories I had with her & this playoff series ! Go Habs Go !

REUPLOAD* Due to a processing error that cut the video short The Montreal Canadiens road to the 2021 NHL Stanley Cup Final was a cinderella story that will be remembered for a long time. From the last seed to being one of the final two in the playoffs, Montreal proved doubter after doubter wrong and found incredible success shutting down opposing teams' star forwards. The team was lead by a brick wall in Carey Price, young rising stars Nick Suzuki and Cole Caufield, Philip Danault frustrating some of the the best players in the NHL, some clutch goals by Byron, Anderson and Kotkaniemi, along with stout defense, penalty killing and veteran leadership.
