I'm down. I love Ogryns. I also recently listened to that Warhammer Crime drama with Baggit and Clodde (the Ogryn and Ratling) and that was a good time. Also a good time when those filthy abhumans are around.

Ogryn would kinda make sense as isolated huemans subject to evolutionary pressures similar to what produces island gigantism IRL, and I suppose the converse might be true of ratlings and even squats. The foundig stock of their worlds could even have genetically modified themselves to something like their current forms that was sort of compounded over generations of exposure to those environments, like the oldhammer story about the dude crash landing on the high gravity planet inhabited by loyalist centaur looking abhumans who were descended from a crashed imperial vessel who altered themselves to survive.

As I had understood it, Pelagers are lung breathers and Abyssals are gill breathers, with some actualyl not being derived from modified human stock, but from uplifted dolphin and shark stock.
Thus, so to say, they'd be Terrans, too, and often even far less mutated than the various normal human and abhuman strains, but they wouldn't be human.
I would love to find more info on that, or at least find somebodies input on how the imperium of man would see genetically modified terran lifeforms.

My favorite part of your channel is still when you break character to laugh or say something about what you are reading. You and Baldermort sound so Godlike when you read that it is a good human down to earth aspect, and makes you more relatable. Awesome video!!!
