Micheal Salvatori doesn't get enough credit. Marty O'Donnel is just so good, that his work overshadows Michael's. When people talk about halo music, they always talk about Marty, nobody talks about Micheal. I feel bad for him.

When I first played ODST I was at my friends garage and it was raining and storming outside, and the feeling was perfect! The music fitted perfect, I will never forget it.

no ost for any game has ever set the tone for the experience of a game like this one. i really think that without the incredible soundtrack that odonnell and salvatori put together the game wouldn't have been nearly as great as it is. this game will be apart of all of our childhoods and be remembered by us far past its time when its forgotten by the rest :'(

0:14 The coolest 3 notes ever played. Storytime: In band my friend who plays the sax played these legendary three notes, and me being on percussion started doing the super cool drum riff at the end of the overture. Coolest thing that ever happened to me in band class.

7:00 is such a noir style vibe, I love this game. It was just, so creative. It's bungie going into the series they helped make and explore a different part of the halo games. It's something it did before and did after this, but I just love how they made a game about a group that was relatively small in comparison to the series as a whole. ODST are underdogs and everyone loves an underdog.

The other halo games all have a good scores and the whole theme is iconic.... but this game really stood out to me in terms of the score. It really set the atmosphere and added more sorrow and humianity to it, instead of just “this music is badass and epic”.
