Without her struggles, her self-doubts, and her losses, Tunde Oyeneyin would not be the educator, trainer, and worldwide inspiration that she is today.

Through the tragic loss of half her immediate family before the age of 30, Tunde Oyeneyin hit what many would call rock bottom. Yet, it was from this place of profound grief that she discovered her true strength and purpose. Today, Tunde is a Peloton instructor, Nike athlete, and New York Times bestselling author.

In this interview, Tunde invites us into the heart of her pain, her healing process, and the realization that embracing our vulnerabilities and struggles can pave the way to discovering our most authentic selves. Her message is clear: in the face of loss and adversity, there lies an opportunity to step into the greatest version of ourselves and lead with purpose.

I wish Tunde nothing but the very best in her life. She's been through an awful lot, loss in particular, something I can relate to, and yet she still amazingly manages to see the brighter side of life. I'm reminded of the crucifixion scene in Monty Python Life of Brian where the messiah Brian and other convicts burst into lustful song while nailed to the cross, singing 'Always look on the bright side of life'😊

It's crazy the extent to which we would lie to ourselves. You would have reached your best self without that suffering as well.

Nike Athlete. When I was a kid, way back pre-fontaine, an athlete was known for their sport. Now they're known for their endorsement. The world is different.

i felt this Divine Download when i Played "Bad Bussines" that is perfect for me and i fell in love with this game but felt i was betraying Fortnite so I went back playing Fortnite and found that I love them both but would rather play Fornite than play Bad Bussines.
