I feel like it should be said: The squad will not fall apart because of ships. Jax didn't leave previously because of ships, Luca isn't gone because of ships, and Drake didn't leave because of ships. Shipping Jalex, Sorax, Liax, Chalex, Zora, Zax, Zuca, or any squad ship won't cause the squad to fall apart, honestly, I thought this video would be proof of that. Let's go over some key factors, shall we? Jax left due to being busy, it's joked that it was because of his farm, but we don't know if he has a farm or not. All we know is that Jax was busy and had to leave the squad for a year, but he came back. It wasn't because of Liax. I mean, c'mon, he was the one who chose a Sorax video for the squad to react to, it's clear he's having fun playing along! We don't know why Luca's gone, we know he's still a part of the squad, but we don't know where he is. He didn't disappear due to shipping, he probably had something happen to him and is now recovering. And now, onto Drake. We do not know why Drake left the squad. We know he and Zach are still in contact because he occasionally is mentioned on Alex's vlog channel. Plus, out of everyone, Drake was the least shipped. Hell, my multishipper ass only really ships him with Jade and Light. That's it. What happened with Lyssy is still unknown and is only SPECULATED to be because Lyssy x Zach. Even then, both Lyssy and Zach were BEGGING the audience to stop shipping them, even to the point they had to come up with a lie that they were cousins in attempts to get them to stop. And with Zach getting death threats from Levi x Alex shippers, you'd think they'd kick Levi out of the squad right? Nope. So stop trying to invalidate other's ships, if it isn't incest, pedophilia, zoophilia, romanticizing abuse, or shipping real people's personas despite them saying it makes them uncomfortable, (if they say they don't mind, then go ahead) then it's okay! Finally, we aren't shipping them IRL, we're shipping their characters, which they're clearly okay with. The only bad ships are Levi x Luca, Drake x Zach (because incest), and Lyssy x Jax (because Lyssy doesn't want to be associated with the squad anymore) Thank you :)
