Any cat who’s first pick out of the bag is a release by Jimmy Smith get’s mad respect from this guy. 👊🏼 Not to mention, his appreciation for clean living, as well.

I had the honor and privilege to be handed the microphone by this man at a concert. I sang the opening to Cisco Kid. One of my favorite moments and memories I'll ever have. CALIFORNIA LOVE 😎🎭✌️

14 y.o. my first concert was Redbone & Tower of Power opening up for War. My pure lungs couldn't hack how 420 permeated the air in the auditorium. I made my self wait till it was all over then had to throw up. Worth it. Great concert.

Wow , I love War and their wonderful music from the 1970s. A favorite song of mine is Low Rider from 1975. Real funky tune.

In my youth 'Don't Let No One get You Down' was passed down to me and I have passed it along ever since. Such a beautiful song that touches everyone when life gets hard.
