Bought the pack right away and honestly I think this event is pretty great. I'm only 1,000 hours deep in Dota so I'm still enjoying the game itself, unlike some people it seems, and this is just an extra layer of fun and incentive to play. Not to mention I'm thoroughly enjoying the lore dump, Dota single player game when?!
P.S. Your PvE idea sounds 10/10, love it, fingers crossed high on copium for 4 months straight.

I haven't heard a commentator notice that Apr 18-Aug 8 is exactly 16 weeks, so I bet it's 4 weeks between acts :)

To be fair though, when was the last time there was a purely cosmetic patch with no other stuff..... A long time yeah?
And we had a gameplay patch a month ago, i think the crownfall by itself is amazing as is. And a Skywrath main it makes it my most hyped patch

This is a GREAT event. The longevity of it is intriguing, maybe more arcanas? Personas? Will they release the queen as new hero? We are just dipping our feet to the event, im sure its gonna be great as we go deeper into the event. And it makes playing more enjoyable and actually has meaning, but not in your face like previous battle pass cavern crawl. This is more chill.

Its a free cawern crawl with extra features. The only problem with it is that there is no gameplay patch alongside it. Other than that its great

Oh, the pathfinder pack is just for act 1? That's quite the bummer, I was hoping it would cover all 4 acts instead of there being one per act.

I just checked out Crownfall after watching this and I feel the main thing that would make it cooler is not being forced to play heroes and the mode itself having ZERO advantages if you pay money. I would not mind having something like this running in dota at all times I think casuals would really enjoy this

Assuming you buy 9 of each treasure, every arcana and side quests (assuming it stays the same for every part side quest, you are getting 6 of each treasures and 4 weapons) assuming you get 25 token per part you would pay a total of 149.98 for the event.

There are easter eggs in the map too. You can click the poor man's shield at the bottom right of the map, and it'll spin. Click it twice, and it'll spin faster. Also, there's the Meepo wanted poster, the Dolfrat's sign near his stage coach, the clock on the clock tower, and so on.
