5/10/24 6:22pm. Well, my son Jarrid, will be 45. We used to sing this song as he played guitar at age 20. Now he is married and living in another state...never see him. Have lost all 4 family members from 2014-16..my husband in 2023. I am an orphan/ widow at 69! Now I ask Google to play song and I just sing my heart out! Peaceful EF brings the joy back into my soul! My aunt passed away at 29 years old in 1979. I was 11 years old. She played the piano and I remember going to the piano and the book was still opened up to Peaceful Easy Feeling. Of course I was too young to get it at that time but many years later I heard this song on the radio and I remembered that music book... I thought wow she had great taste in music. Bittersweet memories for sure

Glenn Frey knew how to write a classical song. He could make anyone fall in love with music and was such a talented musician. Don Henley may have been the Golden Boy of The Eagles, but Frey was the heart and soul and the man who ran the band. I know he may not have been everyone's cup of tea, yet without him, there would be no Eagles. R.I.P Glenn Frey, and thanks for the lovely songs and memories ❤️.
