i actually really liked the small bits of romance, it gave the show some extra tension and spice. the horror + the detective arc + the romance was the perfect combo for the show to never get boring, you were always at the edge of your seats. the friendships and romance also gave it the much needed wholesomeness, but that’s just my opinion IG
it will also feel weird that they build all of this up just to break it down in season two, i bet lots of people will experience that like an anti climax

I personally think that the romantic Situation in season 1 was just perfect cause it was not majorly effecting the horror aspect of the show , and erasing all the past romance from season 1 will disappoint a lot of viewers and it will just seem like the writers completely forgot about it. Also I can't wait for season 2!!

The romantic love triangle thing was the worst part of Season 1 and so out of character for Wednesday. Even Jenna hated it, thankfully it seems she has way more power this season and they just completely drop it.
