ANIMATO is the new progressive side project by Patrick Chen (aka PTX).
After releasing three successful studio albums, and countless releases on major labels - Collaborating & remixing infamous artists such as; Xerox & Illumination, Domestic, Black & White, Onyx, Etnica, Rocky, Waio, Cosmonet, just to name a few.

Now and after years of travelling, performing at all top worldwide festivals and clubs around the globe, Patrick decided to tweak down the high bpm beats - focusing on much smoother, sexier, punchier side of music with a refreshing project. His first release under 'Animato' will be out on 26th Nov 2012, featuring in SUB6 's double album release "Future Kids Material" on HOMmega Records, there he presents a powerful remix for SUB6 legendary track "Droid saved the Queen", that have all ready been played by leading progressive trance artists, while it swifts a great response by the DJ's and audience. These days Patrick is putting all his focus and energy into 'Animato' project. Working on his debut EP that will be released beginning of 2013.
