Please help me oh my god
This sort of glitch has happened to me before but this is the first time I was actively doing a quest when it hit. I play on PS4 and with the recent drop of Sumeru in 3.0, my load times were horrible (thank god for the patch). Since I started the quest before I fully loaded into the world after teleporting I think it made the game believe the world was fully loaded already. I’m not too sure though, if anyone has deeper insight I’d love to hear it!
p.s. This glitch fixed itself once I entered the tavern to continue the quest.
