Was hydraulics on the kc135, which is an air refueler. During our training they took our class up on a refueling mission just to experience it. Then all of a sudden a b2 pulls up. The 3 of us got to watch it get refueled in mid air. The boomer has glass windows you can look out of.
It’s the only time I’ve ever seen a b2 in real life and it just happened to be one of the best perspectives imaginable.

The flying wing that was designed by Jack Northrop back in the late 1940s and 50s has the exact wingspan of the B-2. Jack knew the combination. He just didn't have the computers to keep it in the air.

They use to have air shows at an airport close to me. Just as I got to it and parked a B-2 did a fly by. It went over twice and the second time gave the wave wing. One of the greatest things I’ve ever seen in person. This was in 2001.

A few years ago, the day before Jan. 1st, we had the B2 fly over the San Gabriel Valley Airport and make a 180 turn to practice his timing over the parade route, The airport controller was talking to a airplane downwind for landing and said,"Caution for wake turbulence from a B2, this will probably be the only time i will get to say that"

I was at the Fiesta Bowl in 2003 and they flew on by, didn’t hear a thing until it had passed. Absolutely epic and outside of The Rose Bowl, there might not be a better setting than Sun Devil stadium at dusk.
