Thank you Tom. This is exactly why all of the spiritual greats emphasize the importance of the present moment. The past/future only exists in the moment you create it by either dwelling on past events or being anxious over what could happen. I've had crazy shifts just from being concious of my awareness alone. I legitimately believe there's no one else on YouTube breaking this stuff down as good as you Tom, and your videos help me drill in concepts i've been studying for years

Beautiful insight you added to my comment yesterday. AWARENESS is belief, what you are AWARE of you believe. That is why the MOST POWERFUL thing you can EVER do is STAY in your end regardless of what is happening. Knowing that AWARENESS is belief and what you are AWARE of you believe, you can powerfully understand then that the mind will always come around to believe it and then will project as your reality, as long as you STAY in the end, EVEN if you feel you "don't believe it yet" and "nothings happening". The "mind" ALWAYS comes around to believe it true. JUST STAY IN THE END AND IT WILL. Suspend the idea of "trying" to believe something or thinking you wont be able to believe it. Its the most powerful knowing what you give your time, space and attention to becomes your reality and gets believed as true regardless of if you think will move or not, as I said in yesterdays video. Once you understand this, you are free. These insights are a matter of some ones suffering continuing or perfect seeing and utter freedom in every moment forever. Had to post another comment. What we have been hitting recently is too big for me to pass up and not share my thoughts.

Has Tom spoken about the SUBCONSCIOUS mind? Would love to hear him unpack that. Some coaches say that no matter how much you affirm, visualise etc that it won’t work until the subconscious mind has been impressed??

I am waiting for the Eureka moment. I think I get this but it's a completely different way of looking at life in general. A much better way. It's a challenge to grasp the concept when for so long life appeared to be dictated by the outside world, and the events unfolding there. I was subject to it but understanding this, I can see that "it" is subject to me to the "I am" which in fact calls the shots. I do not want elements of my life as they are now. I choose a different path and I know the version of me I choose to be. So....I guess it's as simple as just being that version right now. Embodying that which I choose and extinguishing the older version which I am not....

Have you been create a topic about distraction? Idk why often to be like this: in my fasted body (usually I easy manifest during fasting) I imagine I have already got to know my new SP. And I am sure, then I think "if it's not, then it's okay anyway".
Exactly 10min after that, my old SP just contact me! It's so complicated cause I feel happy but also I feel why did he just contact me again when I have already decide to manifest new SP 😂 So I see it as distraction.
