Hello! Do you have any videos (or suggestions here) on how to present a gift (donation from fundraiser) at a council meeting? We have been invited by the chief to present the cheque this Monday (Anishinaabek First Nation), and we are not Indigenous. We held a swimathon in honour of all residential school children, and had given a tobacco tie to the elder that attended the event. The donation is intended for children's services at our local reserve. We wonder what would be appropriate to offer along with the donation. Thanks kindly!

I am searching for my family history, I'm Chippewa from North Dakota. What do you think of the DNA ancestry that they have out ? Some family has done it. But it calls an uncle a Cousin?? I haven't done it. Your thoughts?
