I love howe confident he has gotten with his voice. He went from rarely singing except backing vocals, to singing a lot more but with heavy distortion and effects, and now not caring at all singing with mostly just his voice.

Edit edit: I think the chorus--and at least parts of the verses--are this influencer Porter is playing talking to himself. The "I'm in the mirror" line particularly seems to indicate this.
