I really like this type of videos! I think that for me the most complicated part is dream control, I have no problem having lucid dreams but when I'm in them I always feel blocked for some reason, like limited, I tend to unconsciously think that I can't do some type of things(teleporting, spawing people, ecc ...). that was really useful

I've had lucid dreams in the past but it isn't something I worked at. Right now I have insomnia bad so any sleep is appreciated.
