Gary, I've probably sent this video to a dozen people to watch, truly genius stuff at the forefront of social marketing. Whenever I share this with someone I tell them, if you have an hour - watch the whole thing. If you don't have the time, watch the last 4 minutes. The last guy's question and your answer just about sums it all up.

Been a fan for years Gary, and I've watched many of your presentations, and each time I learn something new. One of my favorite videos you posted was a few years ago when you were in Miami, and you tweeded the hotel was being duches to you, and your buddies. Within a matter of minutes, your followers blew up the hotels phone! You don't talk the talk, you live it!

The greatest keynote I have ever witnessed! I have advised/forced many a business owner/marketing manager to sit down and watch this. It's hugely refreshing to see someone placing the cultural business shifts before technology (tools).

Hi Gary, watched this three times, theres a board here. Stood in my home office, I wrote a shed lots down. I spent 1 month pushing £7,000 pounds worth of work od my life's work. I had had an explosion of media interest due to losing my job in Jessops. (Please see vids- ("Atrocity") I knew immediately on watching this Keynote that it was absolute and right. Great delivery!

I too learned a lot of what I use on the job every day working in my father's store (a bakery) when I was a kid in Italy. The difference and opportunity today is the engagement tools we have to delight our customers. You helped me crystallize a lot of these concepts with your books and speeches. Grazie!!!

Its one of the great speeches I have watched so far.... It is the right time because I started my business 1 year ago and I was solely focusing on money and sales and doing nothing about humanist concept. Later I found out I must focus more on being human and connect and care than sell and now I am watching this videos which affirms that my thinking is right.

I just stumbled across this great guy through a german Business Magazine called "Business Punkt" and I already love what he is doing/saying.
