Hello, friends! I'm back with another study with me video. This time, let's have a 1-hour session (no breaks) with nature on a bright sunny day.

I really enjoyed this session, and I want to share this experience with you. I made this video because I know studying can be lonely and de-motivating sometimes, so I hope I can be your companion in your study sessions. Let's do our best together! βΊ
π§ By the way, please feel free to adjust the volume according to your preference if you'll be using headphones.

- remove anything that might distract you from studying.
- have everything you need ready to go
- have food / snacks nearby, so you won't have to stand up every time you need them.
- have a study plan beforehand. identify your goals and have a list of concepts and topics that you need to focus on.
βΛβ‘ after the session:
- celebrate this win! you were able to focus for an hour STRAIGHT.
- you can reflect and consolidate the stuff that you learned.
- if you want to continue studying, you can give yourself a 10-minute break and repeat this video.
