I cannot wait to scream this next year when they are in Australia. I saw them in 2007 as a 16 yo struggling with so much pain and sadness, then again in 2012 still with so much pain and sadness, and now seeing them in 2023 as a 31yo who fought and won my battles with the support of their music.

I was 12 when I listened to this song the first time. I fell in love with them, and I still love them! I'm 29 now, sobbing while i'm working 'cause i'm so happy to see them back 😭. I remember when I first watched the " I'm not ok" video on much music USA. I loved it so much I recorded the video on VHS and watched it every morning before school. My step dad took me to FYE and bought me three cheers. Later that night I fell asleep listening to that album and for the first time listened Helena. I was 15 IIRC. I'm now turning 32 this year.
