Being poor is not the point or issue anyone should mock on...but being neat and clean, tidy and hygiene is something that is all in your hands. Even if you are poor, you can have bath in the bathrooms instead of in the streets, you can keep yourself clean, keep the streets clean as well, keep your house look good. Very desperate. Though these clips are of 2014, but small improvements can't do much. I wish this gets better.
