I have listened to these recordings for a few years now. When I meditate there's always a part of me guarding myself just in case of a strange addition to the meditation. It's awesome to be able to relax and trust these meditations. I was able to find alot of peace with this one. Will be saving as a favorite.

hi, i love your videos! in such a short amount of time they have helped me so much and i'm very gratefull for that! could you possibly do a 5 or 10 minute meditation that i could listen in school mornings? because i don't usually have much time then and i think that meditation in my morning routine is very needed!
