I have a rice cooker for two
l cook a bit Basmati rice
and top layer as much as four
five vegetables steamed same
time then l fresh lime juice olive
oil or virgin cocnut oil and a clove of garlic some grind pepper an mustard and spring
onions and fresh tomotoes
and mix with steam vegetibles
as a salad and l eat small amount of fish l eat chicken more likely once a week
eggs l use with pastry
never eat eggs as a whole
And eat fresh fruit as much as
you could if you are sugar free
and some nuts peanuts or kachew nuts There are many nuts but l
use peanuts they are cheaper than any other nuts
Don't use fruit juices eat them
fresh fiber helps for kidney
because vitamin c landing on
kidney not all that helpful
vitamin c helpful for fine skin
only My mother knew about it
she never gave us lime or orange when we were kids
That's all l do for my diet
most of the time l used food not frozen food. Fresh food l prepare when l want to eat. When l cooked them use them same time No re heating food
And l believe if you could use these method you will be healthy
Make sure your vitamin level
of the body you can have a blood
test for that and you will be able to find out what should do to
balance your vitamin level
Eventually you know what food
are best for you.
