9:10 I disagree, the core difference between Starr Drops and Boxes, is that Boxes were your main and almost only source of progression, so your whole progression was determined by gamble, Starr Drops provide and alternative source of progression, you progress naturally but you also can get some rewards, and sometimes really good ones, from Starr Drops. So they are really different

The hypercharge button the guy might mean is when you mash the button and it doesn't activate. This only happens to me when using Collette while moving, not spike, not shelly, not fang or Dynamike have that issue for me.

Add the report button to ladder, but donât have people get banned. Simply match them with people who are also throwing. (Keep the enemy team matchmaking the same)
