When my wife and I traveled to India, we didn't eat at the fancy hotels, we ate on the street, with the real people of India. Oh, it makes my mouth water every time I think about their food. One of the best made, most delightful videos I have ever seen about Dharavi and its industrious residents. Now when I see the idli wala, manchurian wala and other well patronised Dharavi origin food set ups so frequently seen near most railway stations and markets of Mumbai, I have an increased respect to the efforts put in by these entrepreneurs. Respect for the Dharavi spirit !
