it sounds like a love song sonically, but it's about a bad relationship lyrically. the way the song sounds is like what real love is supposed to feel like/what someone would expect it to feel like while the lyrics show the heartbreak, hurt, and pain all physical, emotional and mental. sonically it makes you want to fall in love with your soulmate and be with them for life but lyrically tells how painful and how wrong love can go. kinda separates you from fantasy to reality or an expectation vs reality thing. for me, both make me wanna cry
