As a long time user of Honest Beauty, here are my tips:
1 Don't mix the primers. And the glow primer is my all-time fav to this day.
2 The cream foundation needs to be warmed up by your fingers. Kind of spread around with fingers first and then use a kabuki brush for the finish you want. (Cream products always benefit from warmth of fingers -the blush should also be applied with fingers )
3 the cream foundation will cling to dry spots, so moisturize, moisturize, MOISTURIZE. And you can use the magic balm to add extra moisture to those dry patches. It works well with the cream foundation.
4 The luminizing powder is EVERYTHING. I use the dusk reflection color as a bronzer and contour and I use the luminizing powder as a setting powder and it works really well with the cream foundation.
5 I suggest using your finger to apply the luminizing powder as a highlight.

I haven't tried Honest Beauty yet, but for cream foundations I learned from a makeup artist that the best way to blend them out is with your hands, because the warmth is supposed to help it melt into the skin, so maybe you could try that if you wanted to give that foundation another shot.
On another note, the eyeshadow look, the highlighting powder and the lipsticks all look amazing!

I’m so glad I saw that you were reviewing these before I did. Looking forward to quite a few things- most of your favorites as well. I would definitely try a heavier moisturizer before applying this cream, but not drop anything in the cream product itself. Apply it with my fingers lightly I think will be the way to go. Thanks so much! Really like the blush, mascara & lip products on you.
