Swiftie perspective here. The purple glitter, I'm reading it is a reference to her next re-recording, Speak Now (Taylor's Version). The original version was a purple dress with sparkle/glitter on the cover, it was her third album (there's three Taylor's in the video for anti-hero) TS3 [Taylor Swift 3] = Speak Now, and on the preview she shown of Midnights, there was hair clips with the letters S and N. I think the bad Taylor is her insecurities caused by the media. The narcissism from when Kim Kardashian made everyone post snake emojis and tried to 'cancel' Taylor. The fat on the scale/shaking head of the bad Taylor/good Taylor looking disappointed as because during the 1989 era, she would sometimes starve herself, again due to the media, which is why at times she used to look very thin.
