Holy freaking christ, did this guy have things to say or what? Is this just philosophy, or is it art as well? To speak so eloquently such deep truth, seriously? I have listened to this man for years, I don't know how many, and still it's just mind blowing. As we live life, these things take on new meaning. Straight at the core. Jiddu Krishnamurdti was like this. This is earth shattering truth, a level of consciousness and understanding that is pushing the boundaries of human consciousness. This is a part of all of us, as we chop our wood and carry our water. This is a wonderful example of how incredible humans are, and ultimately the cosmos and whatever may lie beyond.

i'm now in the middle of a Typhoon labelled category red, I am stuck indoors with a hot cup of English breakfast tea and the sound of the rain and heavy-winds up to 200kmph (125mph) pounding against my large glass windows, listening to this remarkable man on my loud speaker. I got snowed into a house with a wood burning stove one winter in New Hampshire, and listed to about 7 hours worth of Alan Watts after the sun went down with the only light coming from the fire. It was an amazing and surreal experience.
