Poorly feigned ignorance and avoiding eye contact, and then once he knows he's blown, he changes gears and meets his conan's gaze head on with the icy stare of a man resolute in his own righteousness.

I love how much genuine laughter is coming from the staff. I'm sure Conan can be a shrewd, tough businessman when he needs to be. But that fact that no one seems AFRAID of him or NERVOUS around him suggests that he probably a really nice person.
