Make the Best EVER Long Island Iced Tea

The Long Island Iced Tea is a potent concoction for those undecided on a base spirit. If you’re a bartender, chances are you’ve been asked to make one of these before. No matter the type of bar, sooner or later, a Long Island will be ordered. Don’t feel the need to buy all top shelf liquors for this drink. Not only would that be pricey to make, but with so many flavors, the nuances of each spirit could get lost. This one's not for the faint of heart. Cheers!

I love that the clock on the wall is always at 5:00. That is attention to detail.

Let’s be honest, to improve on the Long Island just add more alcohol…. All of them. Or just pair it with a shot. And a comfy pillow.

1 oz of each! INSANE!!... I typically make it with 1/2 oz each spirit. Love your ratio of booze to coke! That's proper! Too many people add way too much coke which just makes it taste like rum & coke. Cheers!

I am impressed by your tasting notes satire and how you manage to inject a "let's make this super-popular, kinda dangerous, highly marked-up drink" vibe into your overall "this drink is ridiculous" demeanour.

I’d like a Dark Island Ice Tea. Replace all the “white”spirits with their dark brethren. Darth Vader’s Ice Tea.

My family and I love these. My parents told me a story when they once made this with probably rum and literally, iced tea.
