Seriously people are acting all nuts, all because of Peppa Pig decided to added a lesbian couple in the show. Plus, LGBTQ+ kids needs their books about LGBTQ+ books for their education. Like jokes on the homophobic people, you can't ban the books on them because, sooner or later, they'll find out their sexuality and gender identity on their own. Plus Hospitals can't preform surgery on trans youth, it would be very dangerous to do, and they know that at the Boston's hospitals. God those hate groups give me more stress than anything else.
Plus, signing off those books can cause not only the child to have less education, but will also cause amounts of drop outs, lawsuits, and schools to shut down.

I have no idea why people get so upset with lgbtq+ in children media. it should be normalized, because it is normal. i saw it happen in a book series i read, The main character is in a lesbian relationship and on amazon a bunch of reviews are people complaining about it. same with book 15 when there was a non-binary character that uses they/them introduced. I see no reason to get upset about this, they never cared when there where straight relationships.

As a Southeast Asian Christian, I am fed up with anti-LGBT sentiments within my country.
In a recent Sunday church service, my pastor says that the traditional family is under attack, and children are being indoctrinated by kids' shows like Peppa Pig and Sesame Street featuring same-sex couples and crossdressing respectively. Also, she mentioned that Singapore had recently decriminalized homosexuality, but she's thankful that same-sex marriage isn't legal in the country yet. I was really uncomfortable with what she said and my heart was panicking.
Thankfully, she never went deeper into talking about LGBT people. Otherwise, I could've left the church immediately.
What I do hope for the people in my country is to stand up and fight against the fear and bigotry that has been projected into our society with the govt still promoting homophobia, transphobia, biphobia, and conversion therapy.

It always makes me so mad when employees at an ART STORE- are so gross. Things like sewing and clothes are meant to be forms of self expression, why would you hate on that? The literal purpose of those things is self expression.
Also- a Spider man dress sounds awesome.

One of the best thing ive seen in my school is that when I tell someone about my gender they're super excepting, even the "bad kids" respect my pronouns and the other trans/gay kids its really cool :)

I was a middle school wood shop teacher for 4 years. Had the same problem with a small 4x6inch magnet in my classroom. The superintendent told me to remove it and I refused. It went to the school board and I kept calling it a rainbow magnet while the superintendent called it a pride flag. The school board realized they would need to ban all rainbows in the school if they banned this since it is not technically a flag. They tabled the issue and never went back to it. I quit a year later though. I was hated by most of the admin after that.

That signing thing is in Ohio, too. We had to pick a book to read for a project and then get it signed off on because they were now required too. I turned 18 the previous year, but I still had to get my parents to sign off. It was really dumb.

You should probably mention how Joann corporate immediately investigated the employee, fired them, and came on to TikTok to apologize and say that type of hate is not allowed by their employees. I used to work for joann and it made me happy they handled the situation so quickly because me and all my co workers were queer folks or old ladies lol
